WP Bolt uses Vultr's name servers and provides you with functionality on the "View/Edit" sites page of your client area to manage the DNS record at Vultr.
DNS changes made inside DirectAdmin do not sync to the Vultr name servers that we use at WP Bolt.
Please make any DNS changes in your client area, not on the DirectAdmin server.
